Can I do RPL while working full-time?
Absolutely. The RPL process is designed to fit around your existing commitments. There are no classes to attend, no set timetable, and no study leave required. You gather evidence from your existing work – documents you likely already have – and we handle the assessment. Most of our students complete the process while working full-time without any disruption to their careers.
Are Churchill Education qualifications recognised nationally?
Yes. Churchill Education is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID: 31430), regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). All qualifications we issue are nationally recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) – the same framework used by TAFE and universities. Your qualification will be accepted by employers and institutions across Australia.
How long does the RPL process take?
For most qualifications, the process takes between two and six weeks from the point of submitting your evidence. With our VIP Fast-Track Service, qualifications can be issued in as little as seven days. The time largely depends on how quickly evidence is gathered – and our team will guide you through exactly what’s needed so there are no delays.
Why was Churchill Education founded?
Churchill Education was founded by Randall Smith, a former Senior Detective with the Queensland Police Service. When Randall left the force, he went through the RPL process himself and was surprised by how complicated, time-consuming, and frustrating it was. He believed that recognising people’s hard-earned experience should be straightforward and rewarding- not a chore. So he built Churchill Education to offer exactly that: an RPL service that puts the customer first.
