Construction RPL turns your site experience into nationally recognised qualifications in project management, work health and safety, and quality auditing. It looks at what your role on a live construction site actually demands: building and revising programs, signing off variations, chasing subcontractors, and keeping a site compliant with safety and quality requirements, and then uses your experience to earn you real qualifications.
Construction RPL provides supplementary qualifications to tradies, builders, riggers, scaffolders, doggers, electricians, and other construction workers. It’s not designed to replace a builder’s licence, a Certificate III in Carpentry, or a Certificate IV in Building, for example, but instead you’ll get recognised diplomas and advanced diplomas that recognise the project, safety, and quality skills built around your trade. You don’t have to study further or repeat any skills training you’ve already mastered on-site.
Because the outcome is a nationally recognised qualification on the Australian Qualifications Framework, it carries the same standing regardless of your trade. You can use construction RPL to change careers or go for promotions in supervisor and management roles.
