David brings 35 years of experience across business, administration, education, and IT—backed by qualifications in all three, including a Master’s in Information Technology. Since 2001, he’s worked in international education in just about every role you can imagine: IT coordinator, compliance officer, trainer, timetabler, business analyst, team leader, software developer, and more. What ties it all together is his knack for learning fast and adapting to whatever challenge comes his way. Today, he’s using that skillset to help others have their own experience recognised through RPL.

As Managing Director, Michael oversees the overall operations at Churchill Education, ensuring smooth management across assessment quality, compliance, and student support while maintaining strong industry partnerships.

Works closely with assessors, educators, and regulators to maintain high standards.

Michael has spent over two decades in vocational education, working across RTO management, compliance, and program development. He has led multiple education providers through growth, regulatory reviews, and continuous improvement processes. His commitment to RPL stems from seeing firsthand how workplace experience often exceeds formal training in practical value.
