The staff at Churchill have always known we were onto a pretty good thing with our workplace, and becoming finalists in these awards confirms it!
We’re especially proud of our CEO, Tricia Velthuizen, for always leading us with compassion, determination and humour, and thrilled that she is getting the recognition she deserves.

We’re also pretty chuffed about the awards that celebrate our own excellence as an employer. We like to think that we practice what we preach at Churchill, and that our students can take this as a measure of our authority on the subject: we know how to operate a successful business with an award-winning culture and leadership, and we can teach you to do the same.
