Lisa Cox: Steering Her Career Forward

Lisa Cox RPL

Lisa Cox, a Project Officer and Business Improvement Expert, achieved three versatile qualifications through RPL after facing redundancy. Determined to be in control of her future, she saw RPL as the way to open new doors.

“I didn’t want to be stagnant anymore. I wanted to be in the driver’s seat of my career.”

Caitlin Seaha: Elevating WHS Expertise

Caitlin Seaha RPL

With 15 years of experience in Work Health & Safety (WHS), Caitlin Seaha knew that formal qualifications were essential to advance her career. Despite holding a Certificate IV in WHS and a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources), she needed the Diploma of Work Health & Safety to move forward.

“Even if you have 15 years of experience; without that qualification, you don’t get a look in.”

Through RPL, Caitlin not only achieved the Diploma but also the Advanced Diploma of WHS, aligning her extensive experience with the necessary credentials to establish her own consultancy.
